Letterbox with Sue Higginson MLC and the Lismore Greens to spread the word about our campaign to end native forest logging and create the Richmond River Koala Parks

Across our region, pressure is palpable to end native forest logging and to stop polluting our beloved Richmond River. That's why we're getting out and about with Sue Higginson MLC to demand the creation of the Richmond River Koala Parks.

People are sick of Labor Premier Chris Minns’ decision to log forests, because logging in our region kills koalas, pollutes rivers and waterways and increases climate pollution.

We’re getting out right across the State to spread the word in key political seats that the Minns Labor Government will be watching closely at the upcoming election.

Lismore is one of those seats - and getting active here is more important than ever.

Taking action now is one of the most effective things you can do for our forests and our planet, because these are the political hotspots for Labor Premier Chris Minns in the lead up to the February 2027 State Election.

Together we have proven we can force Labor to protect forests, we just made the Great Koala National Park real and enshrined in law. Now we’re coming for the Great Southern Forests on the South Coast, the Richmond River Koala Parks up North, and all of the public native forests across NSW.

Can we count on you to join our forests weekend of action?
