Winning a gas tax: taking action in your community

The fight for a tax on gas exports is heating up and there is everything to play for.

Join Deputy Leader, Steph Hodgins-May, for an update on the campaign, then deepdive with gas tax organisers on how we can build momentum and pressure until we win.

Right now, the Labor Government is trying to pass their Gas Reservation scheme. As it currently stands it will do little more than protect the profits of the gas industry.

We are fighting to end the great gas rip off. To make the mega profitable multinational gas companies pay what they owe. The bill for reinvesting in our communities is due, it's time to settle the tab for the climate damage they have caused.
